We are very proud to have such an excellent group of early years practitioners working with us at Carousel Day Nursery. The whole team is talented, enthusiastic and truly passionate about educating and caring for young children. We have a very low staff turnover, with some practitioners having been part of our team for between 5 and 10 years. We have a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to looking after children and as such we are an excellent training ground for students and apprentices who are looking to embark on a career in childcare.

All staff get 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (28 days in total). After 5 years in our employment your holiday entitlement increases to 25 per year plus bank holidays.
We think treating yourself on your birthday is important, so we give you your birthday off as paid holiday (except on weekends or bank holidays).
We give long service awards after 5, 10 and 15 years in our employment.
New staff will receive a £500 starting bonus after successfully completing 3 months’ probation.
All staff wear their own clothes to work and we give you a £175 contribution per year towards your work wear.
You will be automatically enrolled into a workplace pension with Nest, but you can opt out of this benefit if you wish.
All staff receive a performance-related Christmas bonus.
All staff have access to Noodle Now – an online training provider that will ensure you are continually developing as a practitioner whilst in our employment.
